If we are not able to live up to the Guarantee we will write you a cheque in the amount of the annual premium of your home or auto insurance Policy relating to the claim to a maximum of $1,000. Limited waiver of depreciation: This coverage protects against the loss of value or depreciation of a new car if, as a result of an accident, your car is beyond repair and must be replaced.
